We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The family who runs the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They provided us with great suggestions for nearby restaurants and even went out of their way to make a reservation for us at an excellent seafood restaurant. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty of choices and the staff member in the breakfast room was exceptionally friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Venice, with a short walk to the nearby railway station and a quick and affordable train ride into the city. The hotel is situated in a very peaceful residential area, offering a quiet and relaxing stay. The indoor garage parking was also a bonus, providing convenient and secure parking for our vehicle.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke english a lot better than my Italian. The room was air conditioned which was a must in july. The area is quite and within easy walking distance of the center of town. Good breakfast to start the day, overall a good place to stay.

The outside of the hotel is mostly clad with ceramic tiles which did take a bit of getting used to.

The family-run staff were delightful and kind. Spacious junior suite with crib provided. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very good rooms, really best value for money we found in Italy. Very nice small town, close to Venice. Best hotel staff, always friendly. Quite rooms, which was extremely important as we traveled with baby. Special thanks for Emanuella, she was able to support us with everything we neeed - advise for the dinner and booking the place in local restoraunt, nurcing our baby (now she knows some words in Italian).

Really not a problem, only recommendation - breakfest is perfect for 1-2 days stay, but it could bore if staying longer.

The rooms are a bit small and can feel cramped, especially if traveling with a lot of luggage. Noise from outside can also be heard, so it may not be the best option for light sleepers.
